Trevor Clarke, Reginald Nyandeni and Lance Marshall
On Friday 24 January, Clarke presented a free coaching session at the Wentworth Business Clinic (WBC), at the Blue Roof in Austerville.  This was attended by 28 people. In early December 2019, he presented a similar programme, to which 25 people attended. The Wentworth Business Clinic (WBC) is a joint Enterprise Development Initiative between Fullimput and its social partners, The Blue Roof and Community Support Group. This initiative was incepted in 2018 and has since held 6 seminars which collectively attracted more than 500 people to date. Fullimput’s Commercial Director, Reginald Nyandeni, is the WBC Facilitator and Convenor.

Clarke’s aim is to help identify the hidden obstacles that have been holding you back, cultivate your unique strengths, and teach you how to break free. His powerful, effective, evidence-based coaching gives you the tools you need to climb to the pinnacle of your mountain.

However, far from possessing an innate knack for getting the best out of others, he  employs a number of tools and techniques to help clients understand themselves, define their goals, identify their obstacles, and find ways to overcome them.

He demonstrated  the fact that; “Our behaviour responses are so beautifully captured in the acronym ‘OARBED’ – the OAR (Ownership, Accountability and Responsibility) representing above the line behaviour while BED (Blame, Excuse, Deny) is below the line”

He also shares  the exact process  used to help hundreds of business owners systemise their Business, thus  saving them time and Increasing their profits by using the ‘nine steps to systemising your business’

We all would agree that great coaching goes beyond the ability to ask the right questions, and  that capable coaches are not only good listeners, but also good strategists and people with a vision, who use their skills and knowledge to help customers realize their true potential, and Trevor Clarke is all this and more.
